Our Production and Custom Boards are made out of the best CONSTRUCTION: 7 plies of 100% American/Canadian Maple (wood species- Acer Saccharum) with skateboard specific glue made by Franklin. Occasionally and on specific request we use Bamboo, fiberglass and other exotic materials but the tried and true 7 ply Canadian Maple is our most popular construction. PRESSING The industry standard is 3 or 4 decks per cavity; this method makes a structurally sound deck but yields an inconsistent concave. Each one of our decks is pressed individually to keep the concave perfectly consistent. No searching through a stack of decks to find the ‘good’ deck.
